Post the jobs you can’t cover. Approved drivers and operators bid. Their operator dispatches, the driver accepts, and the fare goes straight from operator to operator.
How it works
Share the journey you can’t cover: pickup area, time, vehicle class, passengers and how the fare will be paid.
Approved drivers bid through their own operator, or operators bid directly. Every bid is the full fare to the supplier.
The supplying operator accepts the terms and dispatches a driver, with a £2.50 platform fee at that step.
The driver reviews the job and accepts with their own £2.50 fee. Only then is the booking confirmed.

Posting is free. Pay the agreed fare directly to the supplying operator.
When you approve the job and dispatch your driver.
When you accept the dispatched job. Then it’s confirmed.
New members get £10 welcome credit once their documents are approved, enough for their first four fees. Declined, failed or timed-out offers are reversed and the job returns to the board. Pick a Driver doesn’t collect or guarantee the journey fare. In this pilot all platform fees are simulations.
Checked before every booking
Posting, bidding, dispatch and acceptance are all blocked unless the documents involved are approved and still valid on the day of the journey. Documents stay private to their owner and the reviewer.
